HOW DO I LET
MY FRIENDS IN THE GATE?
See Gate Access Instructions. Homeowners must have a local land
line in their house, which phone number is coded into the gate
system by our General
Manager (928) 667-4484.
ISN’T THERE
A MASTER CODE TO GET IN THE GATE?
The master code was removed because too many non-homeowners had
the code. If the code is given to everyone, then it negates the
security of our gated community.
HOW DO I GET
A GATE OPENER?
The General Manager (928) 667-4484 has clickers and cards for sale. They are $30 per
card and $35 per clicker.
HOW DO I GET
A MAIL BOX KEY?
Call Heather Wilson (928) 667-4484 to get your pre-assigned mailbox key. Or you can get
your mailbox re-keyed at no charge by the main post office in
the Town of Parker (proof of ownership required).
WHOM DO I CALL
WITH MY COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS?
The General Manager (928) 667-4484 handles all matters relating to violation of rules,
parking issues, gate cards and clickers, plan checks, and she
oversees all on-site property matters.
WHOM DO I CALL
ABOUT MY DUES’ STATEMENT?
The Bookkeeper (Sue Thomson) (928)
667-3549, handles the billing and collection of dues, as well
as accounts payable.
WHAT IS WITH
THE WHITE STRIPES DOWN THE STREETS?
They delineate the area necessary for emergency access. If you
are parked in any part of the area between the two stripes, you
are in an immediate tow-away zone. Other rules and regulations
regarding temporary parking apply to the area between the white
stripe and homeowner’s property line.
I WANT TO DO
SOME EXTERIOR REMODELING, OR START NEW CONSTRUCTION. DO I NEED
ASSOCIATION PRE-APPROVAL?
Absolutely. You must submit scale drawings to the
General
Manager (928) 667-4484, who will submit the plans to the Board
of Directors. The Board will review the plans to see if they comply
with the CC&R’s. Even
if you have obtained a permit from La
Paz County, this does not necessarily mean that your plans
are in compliance with the Association’s CC&R’s.
You will need the blessings of both agencies before you can proceed
with your project.
